can't disable automation

okay I have a question that may sound stupid, but I'm going to go ahead and shoot with the "read the manual" comments though I couldn't find anything about it.
sometimes i accidently press the mute button when in record mode, and it botches up everything because I can't seem to get rid of the automation, and when i go to the track mode it there's the red automation on the track I accidently muted and I can't get rid of it. If you read all of this thank you for your time.

Press shift+main. In the top right corner of that window there is a drop down menu that lets you choose what you are editing, choose mutes. Now you can draw and erase them as you please.

I'm having the same problem in plugin mode, it's really awkward to delete the mute automation.. When I do there's always one at the start or end of say a 16 bar loop that I can't get rid of.. Annoying!!

Is there a better way to delete all the automation at once?

Also would make life easier if we could have a line tool as well in future updates

im having the same issue but in stand alone mode.

Normally double-clicking all the MUTE START and MUTE END markers should do the trick. That's a bit fiddly sometimes, but it works. Another way is to record again and pressing MUTE briefly and unmuting it whil recording over every MUTE automation you had before.
