Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to bypass this (a workaround?): when we assign an Effect with the Track Mixer, the Track Mixer doesn't apply the Effect on Pads with Inserts because those Pads are routed to a Submix.

Thanks!

TT_Lab wrote:It is because once you insert an effect in a pad the app routes it automatically to submixes. Bad design IMO that should be changed. Had been discussed before in the forum.
Cheers

I know... That's exactly what I'm sayin'! :WTF:

Thanks!

I'm not sure I fully understand what you're asking but I do know this:

Although the software automatically routes any pad with an effect inserted to submix1 if you go to prog edit for that pad you can change it back to outs 1/2 or any other set of outputs for that matter (submix 1-8,out 3/4 etc...)

The one thing I really need is to be able to move the main effects return to wherever I want (say output 3/4 for instance) instead of having it hardwired to outs 1/2.

:x
