yeah...
that video doesn't help.

My windows audio mixer doesn't have 'stereo mix' as an option.

It would be sweet if I could use my interface and the motherboards soundcard at the same time and just run a line from the mobo to the interface.

Ok, new question...

How about on a Mac OS X?

Running spotify,

want to record to audacity

looking at devices and I can only seem to record the inputs from my interface (presonus firestudio mobile)

OH YEAH! Audio Hi-Jack is for MAC!!!

Mac OS has Soundflower for interapp audio. It's free and made by Cycling 74, the people who made MaxMSP.
