Cant load my MPC2000XL Projects anymore wtf?!?!

Another bug when Im using my x64 UAD-2 Plugins, popping up some errors.



800 bucks and im only sharing bugs *lawl*

anyone else having an issue on an iMac running 10.9 with computer screen (mouse/keyboard) freezing up after 5-10 min of inactivity. really weird, like all of a sudden mouse and keyboard are paralyzed but beat is still able to play and then start and stop but computer is frozen?? got all energy saving options turned off, and screen saver set to never... any ideas?

Seriously now, I reproduced the plug-in => none error like a million times now, although it's past me why I'd want to do that. CONFIRMED.

New mixer design is confusing at least, but hey: at least there's a new manual explaining stuff. It's confusing at first, but once you get it, it's obious. NICE.

Other than that, running stable & fine on two OSX systems. Big ups!

Open mpc software and go to mpc help. It opens the pdf file. which is almost 300 pages

I have 4 crucial projects that won't play in 1.7, everything loads well until it gets to the "sequences" and the software freezes.

They all load properly in 1.6.

Now, it may be just only these "4 projects," but that's not the point.

There should be zero issue with the transition.

It can't imagine trying to cross over some of my 5000 projects if I get errors with 1.6

Overall the update seems a step in the right direction if you start with a clean slate

I must admit, that was useless... Sorry ... The Extra strong Beer I drank is guilty. But the software didn't ask for saving on Exit if only insert plugins are tweaked.

And.. Not really a bug, may be designed so : Moving an insert to an used insert slot delete it. Why does it not simply switch both ? Is there a Shortcut Key to Switch Inserts ?

I mean, how to switch 2 inserts in a program channel if the four slots are already busy ?

Is anyone having problems with the GUI responding when initializing a plugin on the global program ? For some reason If use the Q-links or take the mouse and move something it responding just cant see anything moving.

When you add a plugin to a track and switch to the next unused track, the track automatically has the previous plugin loaded onto that track as the pgm and track type instead of being a new empty track.

Can someone help me out? I have the MPC studio on a MAC OS 10.9.4, I use soundflower to sample in. With 1.7 I hit record and it just sits there, it used to start recording a sample. Yes, I checked the preferences and selected the audio source.

Hey whats up BMT. Im not thrilled with the pace of the updates. Lots oF this clearly should have been day one. And every release has had its issues. So Im not really disagreeing about "there should be zero issues.."

However..

If you have "crucial" projects wouldnt it make sense to finish them before doing this type of major update? You already know going in whats up with Akai and bugs, etc.
