Yes, if the Threshold is up, it will not start recording until the audio passes the threshold or until you press Record a second time to start recording. The only time it will record right away is if you set the threshold all the way down to infinity.

XL projects work fine for me. Helps if you load the .APS first, then the .ALL.

UAD is a known issue.

When you fill the Xpansion browser with more then 22 items, and click on 23 or any lower then this the list jumps back to top. and you have to scroll back down to the expansion folder your trying to look at. very annoying. please add to 7.1.1

This is actually as designed. It's not actually creating any more plugins than you originally had in the program. They are just being moved from tracks to program channels. The amount of plugins that you get are the amount of plugins you actually put there on your own. I explain this here: viewtopic.php?p=1657650#p1657650

When double clicking stop button twice it causes my UAD inserts to spike and says its disabling some to save dsp space...Plus it doesn't seem to save my UAD settings when reopening projects....Also sometimes when doing this it causes the sound to go silent but I can see the levels jumping because its still playing,then if I go to preferences and click off my UAD and to any other setting like Soundflower or MPC Renn it comes back on,so I put it back to UAD Apollo and sound is back...Hmmmm?

Yeah, I don't think they anticipated so many expansions being added to the browser!

1.7 doesn't work on my machine. I've never complained about any of the updates before .. maybe once about something, but really, haven't complained about the Ren much at all. Always been happy. But, I updated today and every project I load up would cause a crash. Once in a while wouldn't crash, but wouldn't play properly because CPU meter all the way up and static during beats, noises from the plugins not sounding correct, huge lag, not listenable. Big mess. I uninstalled driver and reinstalled and did same to software and get the same shit. CPU meter all the way up. I'm wondering why my issues seem to be so much worse than everyone else? It is unusable. Had no problems on previous release.

Win 8.1, i5 8gb

I think I know your problem I had the same one.You might have to re organize your project programs and tracks..It makes copies which causes the spike...Here this video explains it all.. viewtopic.php?p=1657650#p1657650
