Good chance that it may happen...

But what did us poor struggling beat-makers do BEFORE all of this technological jibber-jabber....

Calculate or Vibrate

I've seen the elastic audio process done at other peoples studios. It would be a dope function to have available. Even if you might not use it a lot, it would dope to have it in the arsenal.

Thats a bit far fetched, and not really fair to compare a matured daw to a sequencing sampler.

How and where would real time stretching be implemented? How would this affect latency? Would this be implemented in pgm edit?(when changing pitch tune value for pad/layer window button can change tune to stretch?) Or simply in sample edit mode?

Your MPC4000 STILL does this, as does mine.

Nevertheless, it may be a coming feature... ya dig.

I understand WHY you want it. It's a cool ass feature! I want it as well. Does it destroy your entire workflow without it...?

NO!

But I understand your pain, I find it quite cool that I can make samples slowdown in realtime via q-link and while pitching a program on my 4k without retriggering it.

MPK RAY:

I took some time and watched a few more videos on Transfuser and Transfuser 2.
I also was reading some more things about it.

I NEED it. Having this with the Ren would blow my f..kin world up.
