What does SCSI:0: mean

Scsi is what that port on the back of your mpc that looks like a old computer printer port is.
It's used for connecting external storage devices like zip drives etc instead of using the floppy drive to save/load.

If your getting the SCSI 0 message when trying to save to floppy you just have to turn the data wheel to the left and it will go back onto floppy disk drive.
I'm sort of guessing that is your problem, but your post is a little bit vague.
