If you want to be able to access your MPC expansions from the MPC Touch controller simply click on the field below the browser tabs in the GUI and you will see your expansions popup, select one of the expansions and then click on the "go up one" button right below "NO FILT" button under browser tabs, now you will need to save this location onto one of the five browser tabs. To do this simply hold down the shift button on the MPC Touch controller and double tap a folder on your touchscreen, and now you will be able to access the expansions from the Touch controller.
