maybe a bit more than an XL... but why is the case not bolted down?

good eyes, just noticed that too, thought slider cap was missing but at closer look the metal piece it slides on top of is missing as well...imma pass on this joint

That's dope!! They are hard to find. If one of these was around when I bought my 2kxl I would of jumped on it for real.

I think the "value" is in the case itself. So I would estimate at the very least $100 more than what a normal XL goes for. Kind of wack that there is no 8 outs installed though.

For $400 I would have bought it. That missing NV slider is an easy fix.

Yeah this was a different MPC because of the 8-outs and gray pads but it's been relisted on eBay ...

The enclosure, black buttons, and font on the LCD screen panel are different. I call it Pete Rock edition.
Personally, I prefer the common ivory finished 2000XL …

Thanks bro. What sound you referring to? If you mean the warmth, I run my MPC through a couple vacuum tube preamps.

The SE-3 is my favorite out of all 3. I'd definitely cop one if I had the money.
