I'm Frustrated With Akai Pro.

Last week I've purchased the MPC Touch. I registered it and downloaded the installation software. I wanted to play around with its features so I postponed the download of the 20GB sounds library. And as you would guess: When I tried to login again (the next day) to download the library I simply couldn't (login). I'm not receiving any of the password resets I've requested.

And It seems that I'm not the only one having this problem.

So If I didn't have any old samples laying around I would have a 700 euro paperweight eating dust in the studio.

I've contacted them a few times already and no answer..
I'm so frustrated..!!

If a Touch user would be kind enough to upload it to their onedrive and provide me a temporary link that would be marvelous..!! (I'm not counting on it because I know its to much asked)

From what I've read over the years, I believe phone is the best way to get a quick response from Akai, maybe use Skype if you want to reduce call charges.

I've just called them they said it should work now.. might take up to 15 minutes so to be continued..!!

Had the same issue and i had to create a account and register twice to gain access to all the download files.

I had to pretty much register it again. Create new account re type tje serial number and all that good stuff.It worked for me.

Okay guys it worked.. I now have to do the same for my MPK Mini MkII.. I'll see if it works..
