Problem of fuzzy and hiss noise in Sampling Mode MPC 2000XL

hello,
i got a big problem on my MPC 2000 XL. When i want to sample on it, i got a lots of glitchy and fuzzy noise. The original sound in background volume is very low in compared to the fuzzy noise.
I already check the cables, the inputs volume, the output DB and so on. I also try with the same cables and volume on my MPC 2000 classic and it works perfectly.
I check also the record volume Knob, i think the problem is from him ?
I opened it for check inside, there is no cons, it was clean. I check the cable and plug from the record and volume knobs on the motherboard, its ok. I try also without my 2 RAM disk, but the problem is still present.
The moment when i got the less of fuzzy noise its when the record knob is at full level.
When i load sample from a floppy disk, it works perfeclty too (so its not the outputs)

about the ram no because i remove them and test without. Ohh for the pot, what i have to do ? Buy and remplace it by a new one ? it cost 30$ to my country.. impossible to found it on ebay ?

Lot's of people here on the forums have had good results with Deoxit. Search around for those conversations if you like.

Ok, i'll buy one of this product tomorow. i hope this will works. I buy the MPC like this, the seller told nothing about this problem ..

Why don't you contact the seller? At least inform them that there is an audio issue whilst sampling.

Don't drown your pot either, I'd suggest just a little in there while turning the knob fully in both directions several times. Is this problem ONLY in sampling mode? Meaning it's ONLY the rec gain knob?

Yes i saw a tutorial on youtube, put the product in it and turn in all the directions several times, and restart again..
Yes only in audio Rec mode, but it's a bit weird also, because i dont got this fuzzy noise when there is not the cables in the IN jacks.

EDIT : i do it, but it not works... there are no differences, even the less one.

I did, but he told me the last time he used it, all works perfectly.

Oww, its hard to understand for me all this english vocabulary.
About the outputs and inputs cables, i use mono cable 6,25 to one stereo jack. I use a lot of differents samplers (MPC 2000, SP202, SP606, s950, S1100, Ensoniq EPS), and i never saw this. I can do the manipulation with two MPC on video if needed.
Setup is like this : Computer output to IN of MPC, then output with one mono jack to the mixer (Inkel)
I check the RAM (with, without, with one on two), same result.
i clean all with an anti-static pencil and i put the electronic spray in all the board, connections, etc..
There was no dust or stuffs like this in this MPC, very clean and looks brand new.

Just chiming in to say that I bought my first ever 2000XL recently and it has the EXACT same problem as 90sflav. It's currently being repaired by an Akai repairer here in Melbourne, (aus) and they haven't called me with a diagnosis yet. Super annoying problem. I can confirm that my 2KXL is super, super clean as well and has no grime or RAM issues (tested without RAM as well). . I'll come back here to update this once I here back on what the problem is.
