Is there an effects loop on the 2500?

I'm having the hardest time finding any information on this... What I want to do is use a rack effects unit with my mpc instead of the built in effects. Do the eight(?) outputs on the back of the mpc have anything to do with what I'm talking about?

In combination with a mixer or multi I/O interface, yes...

If you do everything inside the box, you can have a stereo or two mono aux. Indeed, you can send which ever track through a couple of individual outs, have them effected with your outboard and routed back into the input-thru, JJOSXL allows them to have separate filter per channel and separate volume/fx. If you also want the dry version of the tracks, just duplicate the originals and send the copied tracks to the Stereo out.
