how to switch from jjos xl to os3 and vice versa?

hello,

i use most of the time the osxl. yesterday i started the os3 and some features are pretty nice.
today i started the machine and wanted to swap between os3 and xl. however the option allows me to switch to os1 and then to os3. no osxl selection....

so is it possible to switch direct from xl to os3 and vice versa?
and another problem prefereces like the monitor bright disapears.
can i use my individual settings (monitor brightness or midi sync) from one os to another?

Doesn't work like that. Only way to switch between xl and os3 is to do a reinstall, but i wonder why would you want to do that....

if i compare the features at jj-comparsion list i miss some usefull features. i have not many experience with the 0s3, just starting and learn basics.
so the os3 is the better os in your opinion?

It depends, some features do exist in JJOS 2XL , and some do not exist in JJ OS3 , vice versa.
Just try to work with 2XL, then OS3 (or vice-versa) and then you'll find which os is better for you.
To me OS3 is better

i think i stick with osxl at the moment.

Second that. I switched from OS XL to OS3 and haven't looked back.

Of course it depends on what you're doing though...
