Midi controller on MPC

Hello everyone.
I want to use my EDIROL midi keyboard controller to play the sounds from the internal synth of my MPC.
I pluged a midi cable from the midi out on the keyboard to the midi in on the MPC but nothing...What is the correct setup?

OK I did that but still nothing.
what are the required settings on the mode+midi screen? and do i need to change somthing on the midi under the mute on the main screen?
sorry cant find it on the manual...
