Hey, I bought a brand new MPC Touch at the end of October and it worked fine for about a week and a half. I never dropped it or spilled anything on it, but I did update my computer (was running Windows 10 and ran a regular Windows update so it's still the same OS that was working fine with the MPC Touch before). After a few days I powered on my MPC Touch and went to grid mode to edit some notes and I noticed that my touch wasn't being registered properly on the screen. When I touched the right side of the screen to add a note, notes were added from the left and continued all the way to the right. Then, when I tried to highlight notes on the right side of the screen the box appeared on the left side of the screen and was above the area I was trying to highlight. Finally, when I tried to zoom and touched the right side of the screen it automatically scrolled all the way up from the "A" rows to the"H" rows. I tried uninstalling DisplayLink and reinstalling it and that didn't work. I returned it for a new MPC Touch after sending a video to Akai customer support as they said it seemed defective since I had green check marks next to every step of the installation process and was only having an issue in grid mode. I just plugged up my replacement MPC Touch and went through each step of the installation process (uninstalled and reinstalled DisplayLink) and am still having the same problem. Has anyone else had this issue or heard of it?
