what the name of this black connector bottom right and where does it find ?

I've always referred to it as the Pad Sensor Ribbon Cable Terminal. When speaking to repair professionals, they understand exactly what I'm talking about. Specify it's on the top button PCB board but that's what I've heard it being called.

Isn't that an IDE cable connector? It's on all standard PC's back in the day.
