Lots of options for a chromatic program. The built in option is to use a keygroup program. Another option is to manually tune the pads of a drum program in +/-1 increments. You could also use 16 levels to map a single sample across the 16 pads. I have a chapter dedicated to this in my MPC Touch Bible:

What are you talking about? We've told you how to make chromatic pads, just use a keygroup program. Someone pointed you to a video on how to set up keygroup programs. The manual also tells you how to set up keygroup programs. My book goes into even more detail. The info is there and ready for you to view - view it and if you get stuck, come back with some specific questions.

What is the point of us repeating something that is already there for you to follow? That free video explains how to set up keygroup programs , step by step. When faced with a vague, far reaching question like 'how do I use keygroup' programs, it makes sense to point someone to an existing article/video/post that already explains it. We've pointed you towards it, most people would say 'thanks, I'll follow that through and see if it helps'. If after watching that video you still have specific questions not covered in that video, let us know.

Most people are happy to help out with specific problems, but no one is going to sit here and basically re-write the manual for you.

Not to be rude, but with all the time you've put on waiting for others to help you here for some time now, you would've easily overcome by your problem if you just tried, even if your concentration is the worst ever.
