eh son

both would work

if you just wanna mess with the levels and EQ's of each track, you would be best off with a nice used 8 channel mix board (hit-up EBAY - that's where I got mine)

you could then master out to a recorder

i PERSONALLY think that you would save money if you just got a mix board and then a recorder...

thats just me

yea i hear you ,
i have a 32 channel control surface for software i might just snc the mpc with cubase and then master the tracs level's eq's etc in cubase sx

but considering i am going to purchase ,a 12 channel mixer of rmore input for my instruments i figured let me just cop teh 8 output card and mix down tracks either way control surface or digi mixer
