I am a new AKAI user and just got my MPC LIVE that I have been waiting way too long for. I have joined this forum to get help and learn more about the MPC LIVE. I will be using this for live performances as my main backing track(s) and play along with guitar and keyboards.
My first question is: can I set up songs to play in order? Example ( I want song 1,2,3 etc to play in order). Is there a function to do that or do I have to hit "play" for each song?
Next question: I plan on using this live for a show I have in the next couple of weeks, is there anyone from the Philly area that would be interested in teaching me the main functions of the MPC LIVE? The manual is like a telephone book thick, I have watched many YOUTUBE videos on the unit. But I am more a "hands on" learner when it comes to this sort of thing and I am will to compensate for someone's time.
