Issues with uploading tracks to MPC5000 made on other MPC

Hope the title is not too confusing.

I normally use an MPC 2500 SE. This has been sent to service a weeks ago and I just got an MPC 5000 as a loan unit, but when I upload the tracks made on my 2500 SE from the Memory Cards, to the MPC 5000, there is a lot of weird stuff going on. Some samples are missing, some tracks are playing with loud clicks and noises, settings in the programs are not replaying and stuff like that.

Is this normal when you try to upload the stuff made on some other MPC or is my loan unit MPC buggin'?

Not sure but the MPC5000 is a very different machine to the earlier versions.Different effects,filters,envelopes ectect.The 5k is basically an original version of the live/X and SW.Same effects and architecture.
