Hi! I´m having a little issue with the 16 levels funktion on my X.. when I´m turning it on (level) the upper 4 pads have the same pitch. So it´s not really 16 levels but 13 levels..No matter what sound I´m trying it out with I always have that same problem... What am I doing wrong?

What pad are you setting the root on ? It defaults to pad 4 I think

Same problem even with root pad 1 on mpc live

I remember when I first bought the MPC 2000XL I was manually creating notes on each pad changing the note values by 10 on each pad before I knew what 16 Levels was for...Music is a long journey.
