No outputs or inputs working

Hey, so last night in the middle of playing something, all of the outputs and analog inputs including the headphone all stopped working all at once and haven’t worked since. I went through all the software stuff I can think of and nothing is weird and so I opened it up and all I can think of is something went wrong with the ADDA board. This is about where my knowledge stops. The only thing I can think of is I was running a lot of things in and out and if something maybe triggered the mpc to feed back on itself intensely would it fry something? Any help would be super appreciated.

Well I would open it up and just look Inside to see if any ribbon cables are loose.
