sp 404 + mpc 2000 sampling set up,

hello, i was looking for some info/knowledge on setting up my sp 404 to sample into my MPC 2000 & Vice versa, mpc send samples to my sp 404...... like loop workflow is that possible?

The thing is; i feel i'm disconnecting wires back & forth... is there an easier/simpler way?

i have a mixer & sp404sx/mpc2000

There was some discussion over here https://www.mpc-forums.com/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=187448 that might help... you may be able to do this with your mixer, but depends on how you've got it setup.
