Is My CF Drive Broken?

Santa brought me a used 2500 from Ebay.

Whenever I install CF card, the screen goes blank. Have tried multiple CF cards.

I'm pretty sure the CF drive is stuffed - looks like 2 pins have been pulled out and then bent over when a card was inserted. See the photo, where I have made the marks.

Just want to make sure this is not usual before I contact the seller.

Looks like a bent pin. Possible to fix, but may need a replacement board. Try eBay or mpc-stuff

Good news - the seller has agreed to refund me the cost of a new board from MPC Stuff.
