More or less, but if you look at the description for the vault it states its 5.8GB, the vault 2.0 is 4.8GB so im guessing there's a fair few extra patterns, clips and samples.
Also, didn't you get access to the other expansions when you registered your MPC at your akai pro account?
There is quite a bit of content to indulge in.
BTW, if you do decide to but it, I see there are a fair few places that sell it with varying prices so shop around first to make sure you get the best deal.
