I cannot enter my Akaipro account

Hey I cannot enter my Akaipro account.
I have reseted my password as requested but as I put my mail and new password on login, it always goes back to login endlessly.
WTF

I had to reset my password last week, my password just stopped working out of the blue. Try a little later, site is probably getting hammered.

Ok solved using Firefox instead of Chrome.
So Akaipro is firefox friendly.
2.5 is there waiting for me.

Akai need to fix this asap

If you need an update, incl. 2.5, use this official link and select the download tab - I have lost access too and currently not being able to reactivate - very unprofessional.

No warning from Akai at all. WTF is wrong with those guys at Akai.

As they demonstrated many many times before, Akai is very bad at making software and is quite obviously just as bad at managing a simple running application such as a website with an associated database. Get used to it, this is the direction the entire IT sector is taking so we should expect more of the same.
I would already be happy if this is simply more incompetence and not a data breach where Akai went with a silent forced reset of user passwords in the hope that it would be enough.

My password stopped working suddenly too. Now when I log in I can’t see my registrations. And at the top right where it should say my user name, it just reads “N.A. - N.A.”.

I'm still having problems and I spoke to tech support twice....... Oh yeah, the same problem with chrome + firefox. Akai need to spend more time on software and their website.

I had the same problem. Tried to reset my password, but the link in my e-mail didn't work ('expired') Tried it a couple of times. On Mac, Safari.
I then sent the link to my mail on my Iphone and I could reset my password. Safari.
All the new downloads are in my 'registered products'.
Also my user name was now -NA - NA-. But have changed this.
Logged out and later back in. Works.

Ok got my account back and l see everything.

Its a dam shame l had to find out on my own with no warning from Akai.

It looks like they updated the site and messed up the accounts a bit.
Mine is also working now.
Did you update to 2.5?

Oh hell yeah. 2.5 is nice bro. Yo the effects are superb! They finally got it right. The aesthetics of the level meters look freakin dope! Each effect has its own designed back ground as you can see below. Touch sensitivity is better and the QLinks are sweeter. You can craft your spunds so easily now its ridiculous. You already know how important the sequencer is to me and itfs really tight. Just put it this way l F***ing love it.

I thought you were on 2.5. If you didn't do it.

And lm in standalone mode.

Yeah man, I just updated and played 2 hours with 2.5. It seems some bugs have gone, I had no glitches and all was fluent.
I don't care about Splice, I just skip it.
And yes, Air effects are great, I am also having a lot of fun with them.
I love the Filtet Gate and I discovered that the Reverb, if you put at infinite time, works like a Freeze. Cool. Also the delay, with feedback at 100 makes a repeat freeze.

Yes sir! I find myself sound designing licjs and snares a lot on the live. Export it out and detail them in Audacity, S1v3.5.6 or Reason.
Not interested in Splice either. I have a million sounds that's my splice lol

Im glitch free. Been so since the beginning. I think l had one glitch, other than that its ben good.
