If any of you are ASR10 users and have had the dreaded "File OP Error 040" problem and cannot boot your system. I read that booting with an OS 2.0 disk fixes it. I don't have one and could not acquire one online, though some of you may be able to.
So, in desperation I tried my original OS 3.0 boot disk and voila! It worked!
I hope no one encounters this hang, but let's face it; our machines are aging. So if you have an old 3.0 boot disk don't toss it in favor of a shiny new 3.53. Save it for a rainy day.
