Re sampling output from S950

Hi there

I was wondering if you could send the output from the 4000 through the S950 converters (via monitor?) and re-sample back in the 4000 on real time?

I’m not an expert but I think you’d want to resample into the 950 vs just running it through the monitoring. Unless you can use the filter while it’s monitoring.

Nope. The signal doesn't run thru the converter. It just run thru the amplifier of the s950 and all you can get out of it is a more or less nice distortion.

what i do is sampling into the 4k first, for drums, i will resample those with the 950 (rather hot signal), then playback on the 950 and record again into the mpc
