Can anyone shed some light on the updating procedure for the MPC-ONE ?. Im having some issues. I've tried updating my MPC-ONE from firmware 2.7.1, to the latest 2.8.1 by connecting to the PC, but all im getting is after going into "update mode" and running the update is "MPC is not plugged in, please connect power supply and retry"

I then tried doing it through usb, but getting "There was a problem with the update file, please check the file and try again" ?? any ideas ?
