Pad Perform playng wrong sounds.

Is this another bug or feature?
Am I doing something wrong with this device? How do you work on it?
Do you create the music you want, or do you let the device force the rhythm on you?

What is Chord Pool 1? I don't have that option in PAD PERFORM.

You're probably right. There is no such problem with stock chords.
But why MPC plays them correctly but records them wrong? :WTF:

If there's no problem with the stock chords then the issue must be with these third party progressions or simply a bug in the MPC firmware/software that is only affecting third party progressions.

Have you also tried installing these progressions into the MPC Software for use in controller mode? If so, does the problem persist or is it only in standalone mode?

No, I only tried in standalone mode. Luckily, I was able to remove the directory from the SD card and everything returns to normal.

It's not my fault the features of this device look cool only on paper.
Learning how to use it is one thing. When I want to use this knowledge, it doesn't work as it should.
If you accept these mistakes, you create a beat for the album wiith no problem.
But it won't be the beat you wanted, but the beat the MPC made with all the warp errors, wrong notes, offsets etc.
Of course, you can later upload the project to PC and tweak what should be ready from scratch.
But is that why you buy MPC?
