Wrong, again. The OS files themselves are exactly 512 kB. The OS embedded inside this file has actually grown a bit since 1.14c.

I was expecting a Pdf doc amongst the download to show any fixes/ changes/additions. You need to get out more

please put the "yousendit.com" link up again. the file has expired. also does anyone know where to get one of those memory card drives? and....how much do they cost? are they easy to install? etc.

also, can someone actually answer the question (how much do the card readers cost that go into the mpc 2000xl? where can i get one? easy to install?) instead of being all raa-raaa and posting smilies or saying "yeah yeah i've done this millions of times blah blah blah"

why does everyone on here have to act like some akai don with maaaad knowledge yet they can't take the time to answer a straight question? so what if it's been asked before? make it a faq point with clear pics then! tried searching this forum lately any of you "experts"? utterly pointless, it returns thousands of vaguely connected posts in no discernible order...
