Can I use synth for midi keys but not other CC?

I use a Studiologic Sledge as my main keyboard when making beats. The problem is when I want to make a patch for the Sledge. When I adjust any knobs it affects other synths. Even if they are on different tracks. For instance I have a Virus TI. I make the Korg Microkeys the midi input on its track. Flip to the Sledge track. Adjust an LFO and it messes with the Virus. Or just the volume knob. It affects the volume on the MPC and other synths plugged in. Anyway to stop this?

MIDI OUTPUT SETUP

Select the MIDI button and press the down arrow repeatedly until the SEND CTRL setting is shown in the display. Use the Value knob to set SEND CTRL to ON.

You probably want to set it to Off instead. I don't know if it sends key messages or blocks pitch/mod wheel

Thanks for the reply. I have done a bit of Googling, both before and after I posted. I have to confess your response has confused me more. Where is the 'midi output setup' you speak of? In preferences midi/sync, or in 'midi control' tab. Ive gone through both of them and dont see what your describing.

I guess that I checked different hardware or you need to upgrade the firmware
