I bought Exhale for a time (also Rev) but ended up returning them both (Output has a great return policy). I loved what they could do, but ultimately the fact that they were built on Kontakt and the windows couldn't be resized at the time, it was just too maddening to work with on a 4K display for my taste. They also didn't really update Exhale's sample pool very much, so I was finding the content a little stale after a while.

I seriously doubt we'd ever get a synth like Exhale on the MPC, but.... you can always run AutoSampler and port it to your MPC!

You're definitely on the money about the limitations and the fact we'll probably not get that in an mpc. I'm itching to go back to my laptop lately, so I can use certain tools I don't have in the box. But I'm still having fun creating with what we do have on the box at the moment. So I'mma chill in this toolshed for a bit
