Whipped Cream Delights Looking Record

I came across this foreign record today. It had recreated Herb Alpert's Whipped Cream Delights on the front cover but with a white girl and the text wasn't green I think, but it had a similar font and it was formatted the same on the right. Has anyone else seen this? What is it? It was priced around 15 dollars or so.

I've seen that record too but I can't remember what it was. I'll try reverse image searchengine.
