For me, worth it.

Really depends on your workflow & your Pockets. Like buying a Vehicle. A Suburban will get you to Point B just like a Compact Chevy Spark!

If ya Pockets Thin....MPC ONE
If ya Pockets Ok......MPC LIVE 2 (And you're an On The Go Producer)
If ya Pockets Deep...MPC X (You're in a Studio Environment)

Me....I grabbed Both X/LIVE 2. (Options...)

I bought the X used, but in like new condition, for 1800.

The Q links, Larger Screen, and Tilt screen are all must haves for me after coming from an MPC 2500. I can't not have the tilt screen. just doesnt make sense to me to have my neck crooked like that. I guess you could use a a stand but, but its still not ideal because the tilt screen goes to like 80 degrees tilt, you can't use an 80 degree stand, it would be leaning against a wall at that point

I really wish Kronos2 had a tilt screen or video out.

The X "feels" different. I have the Force the live and the X. Whenever I comeback to the X after a hiatus it just feels like "ahh" I'm home.

This.

And I would NOT cut the Live off the list (original or MK2).

go down the list of what you need or want from the MPC.

Do you need the I/O and CV of the MPC X? If not, buying it is more flex than need.
Do you like the size of the pads of the X though? Look for a second hand MPC Live.
If you like the pad size and want CV, but don't need the extensive I/O, get the Live 2.

Do you really just want a controller? Then get the One.

Saying "I don't need the speaker or battery" is NOT a good enough reason to jump up to the MPC X, the price difference even on sale/mark-down is still EXTREMELY substantial - you can buy Omnisphere and STILL have enough money left over to buy Keyscape, AND still have money left over to take your significant other on a date.

More than 1 significant other, yep, take them on a date too if you have the loot leftover.

A 404 means that there is no page there. I suppose there may have been something there at one point, but a 404 message indicates that the web server found literally nothing... you can type in all kinds of stuff and do this..

https://www.akaipro.com/supreme%20edition%20mpc%20w/7%22%20touch%20display-Destro%20One

You're not a product either... but it returns a 404 :D
