Transposing audio tracks

I just got an MPC Live II and have been trying to find information on how to change the pitch of audio tracks. So far I've not found anything so I thought I'd ask here. I want to use it to practice playing ideas in all different keys by changing sequences.

Changing pitch speeds/slows down the note. If it's an audio track you'll speed up the track like vinyl.

Try placing MASTER TUNE on a q-link for a program. It will do it's thing and keep the same tempo.
There are other ways but this is the easiest method I've thought up for me. I use it on drums but can work for anything really.

I'm new to this thing so I'm sure it's probably something I'm doing wrong. When I go to edit Q links I am having trouble finding anything to do with pitch or tuning.

I don't do audio tracks (a few times just to help others troubleshoot), so lemme go into it and find out specifically.

Nope, my suggestion only works with midi tracks, not audio tracks.
Maybe place the audio track on a pad and use the options associated with midi tracks.

or change the pitch in sample edit and re-load the sample in the audio track ? (haven't mess with audio tracks much, but I'm confident it will work)

Ok, you simply need to enable wrap for pitch shifting and adjust the bpm to fit to sequence
Or if you need to pitch shift aka tape , do it on Sample Edit first and then load it to the track
Found a bug (I think), if you place a patch phrase something like double triggering happens
Also why on earth Program edit button doesn't function as "Edit Audio" ?!!!!!!!
