I know this was an issue when catalina came out... but its been 2 years akai lmao. Anyways I read that somebody can send me the kext file and I can place it in the right place..... Please if somebody is kind enough to do this for me..

Also im new to mpc this is the only way to format my new samsung evo ssd I bought and put my expansions from my computer onto mpc right? If theres another way to do this without dealing with this bs ive wasted 6 hours on please let me know.

Don't see the issue ..
Running the MPC Software just fine on Catalina and my MPC live 2 connects just fine. I can use it in controller mode and i can access the storage to copy expansions and such to the device.

No issues at all.
Running on a late 2014 Mac mini.

Yes, I believe Catalina is not a problem for Live/X/One (only the MPC touch has issues, although workarounds exist apparently). So it sounds like you have a different issue, perhaps try a different USB cable, or a complete uninstall and reinstall of all software and drivers.

Separately, you can export expansions to any drive, it doesn't have to be the one currently in your MPC. For example, export to an SD card, or put your SSD in a USB caddy.

I'm getting a specific message from the installer for the line drivers. It says it cannot be installed on my os. I've tried reinstalling 2 times. Can you just email me that driver that would be much appreciated. I'm jaded with the process at this point and am running in standalone all the time just want to transfer my files over and format drive.

What's the message you are getting? I have the drivers installed and running just fine on Big Sur even, mine worked perfectly the entire time I was running Catalina as well. Did you run into any security notifications while installing it? The X/Live/One shouldnt have any trouble on Catalina, as that's the last officially supported OS.
