I hope Akai whips up another update to fix the Q-Link touch side bar that pops up when trying to trim a sample, if the sample needs to end toward the for right of the screen and you touch the qlinks the side panel that pops up blocks the view. It’s annoying and very frustrating.

Does anyone know of softer replacement pads?

+1 for opacity. The popup gets in the way and pops up accidentally, but at the same time it's totally needed. Actually I'd like to have the Q-Link button meanings displayed all the time. Which Akai knows is necessary, because the (too large and expensive) X model has dedicated displays for it. "Can't live with them, can't live without them", where did I hear that again.

Qlink overlay is very useful, you can stay on track mute page and play qlinks at the same time.
But it's true is quite badly designed, it takes too much space with this grey background and covers the right part of the screen which is uncomfortable when you edit.
Ok, we can live with it.
One thing you can do is to use it when you play and switch it off when you edit.

And while they are at it, let them please make the yellow marquee around the parameters that the 4 qlinks are controlling, more prominent. Depending of the background on the screen at that moment I usually get lost...sorry for the OT.

And put the name of fx on qlink, so we don't have a row of wet/dry that we never remember which is which.
