It's green screened anyways, image and video are fake. the kids leg is cut off by the green screen effect which is present in both video and picture. in the video you can see that he does indeed have a leg but the fx magic cuts it off.

Why would Scott Storch post a fake video on his account with green screen and such????? Nobody got that kinda time on their hands. I don’t see what this would bring him

Now that I look at it again, the kids foot is behind his dad's leg. it just struck me as odd the first few times i watched it. optical illusion i guess.

Yeah. You can still tell the panel is more or less unchanged from the original leak though.
