To hear/sample the wavestate sounds on MPC, try connecting the output of wavestate and the input of MPC with 1/4" audio cables.

I tried but the signal doesn't go through, do I need to change any settings?

Can you post a picture showing how you have it connected?

My assumption is that you only connected the Midi, and not audio. Also if you have the audio connected, you still need to go to the SAMPLER menu and turn monitoring on.

i connected the L&R outputs with the main L&R inputs, do I have to use inputs 1 and 2?

The input sounds will be heard when the Monitor is set to "IN" on the sampler/audio track.

A simple youtube search should demonstrate how to do this properly.

It does sound like you havent connected the wavestate as an audio track.

You need to use a midi track and audio track if you want the mpc one to read/send midi and play the audio output.

On the MPC home screen go to an 'audio track', make sure its set to your 'input ports' (eg. 1 and 2) (you might have to 'show' this - it's where the channel effects/volume are show), then you alos need to esnure that audio track is armed and set to 'in' or 'auto'. Also make sure your input volume on the back of the unit is not turned down.

Thank you all.
ultimately the cables go from L&R by korg to L&R input (not main) by mpc one.
the settings: on korg from the utility menu set midi clock to auto and channel n1.
on mpc set the track to input 1 and 2 (not r & L) and arm IN or AUTO.
