Anyone know if the Key range span for multiple sounds they’ve introduced in this update will work for being able to split and layer External Midi tracks soundsources too or does this only work with internal sounds,the new Akai video doesn’t say for sure I know you can add more tracks to stack more sounds but they don’t show if it’s possible to address them for External midi or the usb
I do hope that it works for being able to have zones on a single keybed for Midi sources too that would be awesome and bringing the MPC to a Workstation status,this would be fantastic for my live situation I know you can layer tracks together already but having the ability to now allocate them specific zones is really nice and will open up new possibilities for using my MPC for gigs
