Complete audio drop-out after loading a project

I am recently dealing with an annoying problem...

It seems that when I want to open (load) 1 particular project on my mpc1, I always wind up with a complete audio"black out". In this case in the 3rd seq, right before an external sample(wav) suppose to start playing. Wasn't like that before. Also have more then enough RAM memory and space on internal HD as well on my SD card. Nothing seems to be on mute either. This is such a random error, that I have no idea what the cause could be and how to solve it.
I used to be able solving this issue with simply reloading that project, but it seems that even that is not working anymore. Any suggestions of what I could do more, also without losing the project, which plays a significant role in my entire live act/set?

I have the same issue with one of my projects and suspect opx-4, do you use it by any chance?
Reloading the project fixes it but sometimes after reloading 5 times… really annoying.
I’ve sent the project to Akai support to analyse but no response yet.

Do you hear any pops / clicks / glitches when the project finishes loading?

When loading my project there’s a loud click / glitch when finished loading. If that happens and I go to the master fx chain I see audio coming into the left channel of the maximizer I have on there only and no audio going out the master. Removing the maximizer gives me left out only.
When the loud pop doesn’t occur my audio is fine…

It seems that the problem might be, that I've used a hype preset in that project, and now the entire plugin disappeared....??
Do I have to reinstall completely, reboot, reset?

Also the other plugins, solina, mellotron,... seem to gone up in smoke...

Yes I did a pref reset, in order to try to restore what disappeared, which are all 4 synths: Hype, solina mellotron and odyssey.
I REdownloaded everything again, but still no synth plugins... and of course struggling again with installing it, as it went like the 1st time, a few months ago.
The situation is that, with every project that I load, my mpc ONE comes to tell me that it failed loading those 4 particular plugins (plugin depends witch project im loading...) and loads everything besides that.
Now, next week3nd I suppose to go and play somewhere and... yeah, getting nervous and desperate, as you probably can imagine!

Did you place the Synth Folder in the Root Directory?
