Let us not forget that these images are from october 2020. Why would Akai release the unit 2,5 years later? maybe its better to asume that it got canceled..

Yess!! Yess!! This was me back when I had my 2500.. Had nice crispy clear sounding samples on my PC, loaded them to my 2500 and was like wtf happened to my samples..??![]()

DO NOT click on my video just look at my MPC X photoshop idea.
My colorway would work best with those knobs![]()
Question..... Now that the LINK port is there can you sync the MPC Key 61 and the MPC XL together to start/stop/clock/song position matching? Good job InMusic! Now just add the Scaler 2 and Serato Studio/Sample sampler features and I will purchase both and sell my X.

Imagine not being able to use your imagination to think of what Akai could do with 2x the power in these new MPC's after seeing them make the most powerful & best selling gen of MPC's ever.

The KikGen wrote:While exploring the last Force 3.2 image update from Akai, someone from the Mpc live X and Force hacking modding custom group found a shell script containing an "ACV5S" hardware id in front of "MPC XL" label. There are also similar traces in the latest Akai images header. So it seems that a new MPC x is about to be released soon, maybe with larger screen, more pads, more knobs, more memory, more etc... to be a XL one !
