akai force no sound from internal soundcard

hello, I have a problem, maybe someone can help at some point, akai force crashed, it does not give any sound from itself, only when I connect the external interface, it is the sound with internal sound, there is nothing, I didn't connect to the input sockets and I didn't move the phantom connector, please help..maybe someone knows the test mode to check akai force .. or someone has internal soft from a microsd card so that they can re-upload it ... all restoring settings do not give anything or a new update thank you for your help

The internal soundcard is a known weak point. Broken sound, quiet sounds, it's a regular thing.

I think that most people just use USB3 external interfaces.

I wish that we could get a fix, even if it's self-help advice from Akai, but ...
