permanently map an external PAD Controller to MPC One

Hello,

i got an external USB Pad COntroller and would like to map one Programm always to that controller.
I set the device and midi channel and can trigger the samples with the controller, but as soon as I change the track it doesnt play anymore or the sample of the current porgramm.
I did play arround with the global, ctrl and track settings, nothing helped,

The User Guide has a page that says "Use the Monitor button to set how your MIDI track will be monitored." Find that page, it probably solves your problem.
