If you really want to do serious separation, there's always Spectralayers, nothing beats it, especially with the new transfer tool

There's no shame is moving samples to a computer for this kind of work and moving the samples back.

Is that what that does?? Cubase Pro comes with a 'lite' version sort of, but I don't think I've ever installed it (sounds like something I wouldn't use anyways hah).

Yes, there is shame for using a computer for anything when the point of the device is meant to be standalone. I'm not complaining about the quality of the stem seperation, Ill take what I can get. Maybe they will be able to improve the algrorithm in a future update.

I dont use Cubase and aint nobody got time to spend an extra $80 when Akai Stems already costs $10. United I standalone!

Thats the way I looked at it. I'm not gonna expect Izotope RX quality for Akai Pricing.
