Ah ok, thanks. I signed up when the announcement was made.

I know it probably seems a bit off when we pull the 'NDA card', but basically we're allowed to comment on stuff that is already out there in the public domain, e.g. the stuff discussed by Akai in their videos or the various influencer channels, but things like bugs are constantly evolving, they can be fixed one minute and then broken again in the next release.

Suffice to say, beta testers report everything we find in great detail, plus Akai read all these posts here, on social media and whatever is sent directly to them, so the 'fixing' part is entirely down to Akai.

Cheers, yeah that's all good and makes sense. Well for anyone in the Beta already, please push these issues in particular on by behalf

Meanwhile this morning I 'upgraded' (in a functional sense) to the 2.8.0 version on my MPC, as it's the latest working version of the OS that I can find :Sigh:

None of my projects work, 100s of dollars of software upgrades not accessible, but at least I can send MIDI to the device with expected results and use some other pieces of hardware that were released 30-40 years ago, it's a small win.
