Key 37, plugins keep layering when I haven't asked them to

I've selected the midi output to 'none' on all channels. It does it when I add 2 tracks to an empty project and it does it when I load the demos. What am I doing wrong? Can someone please tell me, step by step how to undo this layering?

Please help, if you know this problem. I have not got any help on my previous posts so far.

This is now resolved. I did infact have an internal routing to track 1.

Are you referring to the 'Send to' parameter?
