there is a scrollbar on the right hand side now, just thick enough to scroll with my thumb but I have to agree - muscle memory still kicks in each time browser opens

FYI it doesnt work unless you logged in and connected to the net AT ALL TIMES even after the initial login.

Seems like it's 4/4 only. No other time sigs.

When I load an old Midi Programm and try to change a CC a completely different Value changes, not one fo the four in the coloum.

It was a lot of work to input all the CC and its names

Just a heads up, when you LOAD (or replace) a new "Program" into a track that is already being used, it will automatically delete the Program and purge the files. But if you DELETE the track it will only delete the "Program" but not the actual files. You will still have to Purge the project.

Have they really got rid of the 4x4 window for the pad mixer? What a strange thing to do…

Not really strange - the new mixer is literally like a proper mixer now. So much easier to navigate IMHO.

How do I clear the memory so that this error does not appear?

Also there’s a browser pref to not purge samples when loading to an existing track

Not memory, storage. You can set temporary storage to any disk in preferences. Otherwise free up some storage space on your internal

Preferences > Project Load/Save > Temp File Location

Ugh yeah, time signatures on the stand alone were always badly implemented by adding bars and in that dialog you could set to other time signatures, that's missing here.

I wish I could agree with you - but there wasn’t any need to navigate at all with the old mixer, you just opened it and there were your samples corresponding exactly to where you mapped them on bank A. Using this linear mixer - which you have to scroll from left to right just to see all the samples on one pad bank - as a visual analogy for a 4x4 hardware mixer is incomprehensible to me. It slows everything down and is really clunky for live work. I might get used to it but I doubt it.

Indeed. I loaded a project where some sequences were a mix of 4/4 and 5/4. The new version ”converts” this to all 4/4.
The new converted sequence sounds the same when playing back the changes between what were previously 4/4 and 5/4, but since the total number of beats (ie quarter notes) were uneven and not divisible by 4/4 the sequence became two beats longer. That’s two beats of silence. Had this sequence been the last in the song then there wouldn’t have been a problem, but this is a sequence in the middle of the song. And there doesn’t seem to be a way to erase these two beats.

So until this is resolved I can’t work on this song …

Currently only 4/4 time sigs available, hopefully coming eventually, kind of a deal breaker for many people otherwise!
