Samples are cut off -MPC live 2 ( 3.4)

HI im new here. Im using 3.4 beta version on the standalone MPC live 2 . when i create a drum kit long samples are cut off . All is set to poly and no mute groups are active. ANy idea how i can solve this

Set the PROGRAM to POLY
Set the PAD to POLY

that is already done but didnt solve the issue

How and when are the samples cut off?
Is it all the samples that behave like this?
Or only samples longer than - what? 2 seconds? 5 seconds?
Could you tell us some more what is happening?

Envelopes methinks?
